New in 2022, free loan of beach wheelchairs from Beach Access North East at Newton-by-the-Sea.

The historic old Granary building has unavoidable limitations for access. 10 steps lead down to the front door. The outside dining balcony leads off the downstairs games room, which has a staircase of 12 steps.
