Brunton House Brunton Cottages

Brunton House and Holiday Cottages are ideally positioned between Alnwick and Bamburgh in Northumberland, on the edge of the coastal Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. They are set on an organic farm in the middle of the 2,500 acre Fallodon Estate, next to an old water mill and overlooking a burn and lake, with views towards the sea and Beadnell Bay.

If you are looking for a large, coastal, self-catering holiday house for a group or an extended family, Brunton House can sleep up to 16 guests, with fabulous entertaining space and generous bedrooms, with 8 bathrooms.
The house and our holiday cottages have all been graded 5* Gold by Visit England.  Very close to Brunton House are all the other properties – Stable Cottage (sleeps 6 and takes two dogs with its enclosed garden), Mill Race (sleeps 4) and Brunton Burn (sleeps 2).  In 2023 Garden Cottage (sleeps 2, and two dogs with enclosed garden), Long Byre (sleeps 2, and one dog with enclosed patio), Swallow Dean (sleeps 2), Brunton Lake (sleeps 4, and one dog with enclosed gravel garden) and The Granary (sleeps 8, and takes two dogs) were opened, bringing life back to beautiful, old stone buildings.  The date stone found on the Granary states 1793, which makes the story at Brunton one of continuing occupation and industry.
