This luxury holiday cottage is set on our tranquil organic farm, with wonderful views across the fields towards Beadnell Bay’s sandy beach. Perfectly situated midway between Alnwick and Bamburgh and close to Northumberland’s heritage coast, it offers ideal self-catering accommodation for a couple. Two dogs, who understand life in the country, are also welcome.
The holiday cottage is very bright and spacious, with stunning interior design. The welcoming open-plan living area is both comfortable and sophisticated, with plenty of good books. There is a Clearview stove and unlimited hard wood logs, from the Fallodon estate. The heating and hot water are provided by the biomass boiler fuelled by woodchip, also harvested from the surrounding woods.
This is ideal self-catering accommodation on the heritage Northumberland coast, mid-way between Bamburgh and Alnwick. A walk-in shower will wash away the sea-salt from adventurous swims and a deep bath can help soothe legs tired from climbing in the Cheviot hills.

Hallway
The main front door leads into this warm, dry, spacious room, and is perfect for dogs and storage. There is a freezer and washer-dryer.
Kitchen
with a single oven, four-ring hob, microwave, under-counter fridge and dishwasher.
Dining
with seating for up to four, the dining area looks out towards the lake and Beadnell Bay.
Living
with generous, incredibly comfortable sofa.com armchair and sofa, Clearview wood-burning stove, 43″ Samsung smart TV with Freeview and streaming apps including Netflix and Prime Video (own accounts needed), carefully chosen books, and a games table. Full-length sliding French windows open out onto the patio and private enclosed lawn, with chairs and a table.
Bedroom One
with a super-king or twin beds plus ample storage and hanging space, and a 24″ Samsung smart TV with Freeview and streaming apps.
Bathroom
with a separate bath tub and a walk-in shower, basin and toilet.
Outside and Parking
There is a large enclosed garden at the back of the house, with seating on the paved terrace to make the most of this suntrap. Dogs will have plenty of room, but please clear up.
There is ample parking in the main parking area at the front of the cottage.
Facilities for infants

Dogs
Two well-behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement in the uncarpeted living areas of
Garden Cottage. Guests are responsible for ensuring their dogs remain within these areas and are not allowed in carpeted rooms or to climb onto furniture. We are a dog-friendly working farm with livestock and machinery. Dogs must not be allowed to roam unsupervised and must be kept under close control at all times.
