Accessibility Guide - Stable Cottage
This access statement does not contain personal opinions as to our suitability for those with access needs, but aims to accurately describe the facilities and services that we offer all our guests / visitors.
Stable Cottage is an ideal location for a self catering holiday, close to the Northumberland Heritage Coast. It is located at Brunton, an organic farm on the 2,500 acre Fallodon Estate. The nearest town is Alnwick, 8 miles south and the village of Christon Bank, 1 mile away, has a village shop and post office.
The cottage is a conversion of an old cottage, stables and kennels. The cottage looks onto the Brunton Burn on one side and into a gravel and courtyard on the other. It is all on one level with no internal steps and just one step at the entrance.
The cottage sleeps 6 people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms, one ensuite and one separate. The website, www.bruntoncottages.co.uk, has photographs of all the rooms with a further description.
