Discounts, Promotions and Special Offers

Low occupancy discounts are available in specific properties between November to February, excluding public and school holiday weeks.  These are based on bedrooms remaining unused and a maximum guest number (including children) as follows:

Brunton House
25% reduction for up to 12 guests using no more than 6 bedrooms/bathrooms on the first floor
2nd floor rooms remain unaccessed

Brunton Granary and Stable Cottage
15% reduction for 2 guests using no more than 1 bedroom
10% reduction for up to 4 guests using no more than 2 bedrooms/bathrooms

Brunton Lake and Mill Race
10% reduction for up to 2 guests using no more than 1 bedroom/bathroom

During online booking, please ensure you select “excluded – low occupancy” in the bed setup dropdown field of the rooms you do not wish to use.  If the booking form shows you have requested either “superking” or “twin” beds in all rooms, the low-occupancy discount will be removed automatically from your final booking balance. Please note that this offer is not available after the booking has been confirmed.

Refer-A-Friend rewards are available to existing guests who refer friends to book a 7-night stay at Brunton House and Cottages.

To qualify, the referred friends must be first-time guests who have never stayed with us before, under any name, email address, or phone number.

The new guest must book directly with Brunton House and Cottages either through our website or by calling 01665 598120. Bookings made through one of our agents or any other third-party booking platform are not eligible for Refer-A-Friend rewards.

During the online booking process, the new guest must add a unique referral code, along with the existing guest’s name and email address.

Once the booking is confirmed, the new guest will receive a £50 discount on a one-week cottage stay (or £100 for Brunton House) and the existing guest will receive a £100 voucher towards a future stay (or £200 for Brunton House).

Only one offer or discount may be used per applicable booking.

Offers and discounts are not available after the booking has been confirmed.
