Activities around Northumberland

Brunton is an excellent base for a cycling holiday on the Northumberland Coast. The National Cycle ‘Castles and Coast’ Route 1 passes through the middle of the estate and there are many beaches and castles within easy reach.

There are cycle maps in the House box file and lock-ups available if required. Please contact the office on 01665 589120 between 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday.
‘The Bike Shop Alnwick’ is a local business who can help with all your hire, service and repair requirements. They can deliver directly to you at Brunton and stock bikes (including electric!), trailers and all safety accessories.
